Due to COVID-19, we know how difficult it can be to find your ‘DREAM’ dress. Our team at Blushing Bridal Boutique is committed to help you every step of the way to finding the ‘ONE’ special gown. Whether you’re finally ready to say yes or you’re on a tight-timeline, we’re here for you to make it happen.
For a LIMITED time only, for the month of August we are now offering a full refund on any of our samples gowns purchased directly from our website. What a great way to try on your “DREAM” gown from the comfort of your home!
Terms & Conditions for refund (Online Sample Gowns)
All all our gowns are really precious to us and you can ensure we maintain excellent quality control on all our sample gowns. All sample gowns are in excellent condition, and for this reason our stock does change due to the demand of our gowns.
– We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are recieved to ensure you are able to return your gown within the return time frame
– After we receive full payment by PayPal, your gown will be shipped out safe and secure the next business day.
– Shipping time is 3-5 business days to the USA & Canada. Tracking number will be issued to you by e-mail immediately once gown has been shipped. Blushing Bridal boutique will not be responsible for any shipping delays.
– Before shipping out your gown, Blushing Bridal Boutique will take pictures of your gown in it’s original condition. All gowns will have the original tags on.
– Blushing Bridal Boutique takes a high priority on quality control and is made sure all in stock gowns are in excellent condition before shipping out to the customer. Please note, gowns will not be shipped out until full payment is received.
–Pre-approval of all returns and exchanges is required. To request return or exchange authorization and receive return instructions, e-mail us (24 hours) after receiving your gown and no later to email@example.com. If received past (24 hours) your return will be rejected (refund)
– Blushing Bridal Boutique will issue you your return waybill # (tracking number)
– Blushing Bridal Boutique is not responsible for any custom, duty, and brokerage fees to your country.
– No refunds to any international country outside the USA & Canada. If located outside of the USA & Canada and you are using a USA address for delivery, Blushing Bridal Boutique is not responsible for any 3rd party shipping to your country and returns will not be accepted.
– Gown must be be shipped out on the 2nd business day of receiving your gown by UPS in the (USA) and Purolator (Canada). Your gown must be carefully shipped back to us the same way it was shipped to you safely and secure. Garment bag and gown hanger must be returned to us.
– If return shipment is delayed and not shipped out by the date provided (by us), return will no longer be accepted (no refund will be provided).
– If your gown is returned to us, Blushing Bridal Boutique is not responsible for any shipping and handling fees, duties, brokerage fees, and any PayPal service fees, return shipment delivery. Fees listed above will be covered by the customer. Please note, fees listed above will be deducted from your gown refund once inspection is completed.
– Gown must be in it’s original condition and packaging with no signs of make-up, stains, wear & tear etc. Gowns must have all tags original
– Once we receive your gown, will will carefully inspect your gown for any damage. If damage is found, Blushing Bridal Boutique has the right not to issue your refund.
– There will be a $100 re-stocking fee for all sample gowns returned to Blushing Bridal Boutique which will be deducted from your gown refund once inspection is completed.
– Our store can not be liable for colour variations, shipping delays and shipping delays by your local postal service.
– Blushing Bridal Boutique will not be held accountable for gowns purchased smaller or larger than the measurements provided at time of ordering. We can only recommend what size would be best. Ultimately, the size you choose is your decision. Please refer to our sizing guide on our website for sizing reference.
– Blushing Bridal Boutique will not be held responsible if your gown does not fit you at time of arrival or not happy with the fit. All Milla Nova sizing measurements are accurate to the sizes listed in our measurement guide.
– Alterations is extra. Alterations is not included in the price of our gowns. Blushing Bridal Boutique is not responsible for any alterations that is made to your gown after purchase. You will require alterations to be made once your gown arrives.
Important note: For all our International customers, Blushing Bridal Boutique can not be responsible for opened boxes by customs in your country. We have no control over customs if they open your package.
Payment must be made in order for your gown to placed on hold.

Return Policy for Bella Bella Shoes
All in stock shoes purchased on sale are final sale.
Pre-approval of all returns and exchanges is required. To request return or exchange authorization and receive return instructions, e-mail us 2 days after purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your shoes have been purchased at the boutique, please e-mail us within the next 2 days of your purchase to book an appointment for return or exchange. At this time, we will review the condition of the shoes and determine if the shoes qualify for an exchange/or refund.
All return requests must be received within 3 business days from receipt of shipment or if purchased from Boutique.
- All returns must be postmarked within 3 business days of receiving return authorization and must be returned in the original packaging when shipped back to Blushing Bridal Boutique.
- There is a re-stocking fee of $25.00 Canadian for all returns.
- A copy of the invoice must accompany the return.
- Shoes must be in their original condition and packaging with no signs of wear. We advise our customers to try on shoes on carpeted areas to prevent scuffing. If the shoes are returned with scuff marks, signs of wear, toe marks, scuffed soles, we will not be able to process the return / exchange. There is absolutely no exception. Please try shoes on with nylon stocking, and only on carpet or rug to prevent scuffing.
- For non-Canadian orders are only eligible for exchange, not refund. For exchange in size, Blushing Bridal Boutique is not responsible for any shipping fees including shipping from our boutique to manufactuer, manufacturer back to our boutique, and shipping back to customer shipping address. Customer is responsible for duties fees once shipped back to Canada.
- Merchandise that is returned in non-salable condition will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. No refund or exhange will be allowed.
- If your shoes are returned to us, Blushing Bridal Boutique is not responsible for any shipping and handling fees, duties, brokerage fees, and any PayPal service fees, return shipment delivery. Fees listed above will be covered by the customer. Please note, fees listed above will be deducted from your shoes refund once inspection is completed.
- Blushing Bridal Boutique does not accept authorization requests after 3 business days from receipt of shipment and does not accept goods postmarked after 3 business days from return approval, unless prior arrangements have been made. Postage, shipping & handling charges are not reimbursable. Return shipping fees are the customers responsibility.
- Blushing Bridal Boutique does not accept return requests made after one’s wedding date.
- Your order will be placed to Bella Belle Shoes within the next business day for any new orders placed.
- Blushing Bridal Boutique will send you a confirmation e-mail indicating your order has been placed with Bella Belle Shoes within the next 1 to 3 business days along with the tracking number.
- If ordering shoes that are not in stock at our boutique, ordering time is 1-2 weeks after purchase from Bella Belle shoes this includes delivery time to Blushing Bridal Boutique. At times shoes may be out of stock from Bella Belle Shoes, you will be contacted immediately and ordering time may take longer for shoes that are out of stock.
- For all non – Canadian residents Blushing Bridal Boutique can not be responsible for any duty and/or custom fees to your country and if customs in your country opens the package.
- For all Canadian residents, there will be no duties or custom fees charged.
- Shipping to Canada, U.S.A, and International takes up to 5 business with no delays from the time we receive your shoes from Bella Belle Shoes ( 1 – 2 weeks after your purchase).
