After we receive a full payment by Square (for CAD) or Stripe (for USD), your gown will be shipped out safe and secure the next business day.
Shipping time is 5-10 business days to the USA & Canada. Tracking number will be issued to you by e-mail immediately once gown has been shipped.
Blushing Bridal boutique will not be responsible for any shipping delays by your local postal service.
Important note: For all International customers, Blushing Bridal Boutique can not be responsible for opened boxes by customs in your country. Before shipping out your gown, Blushing Bridal Boutique will take pictures of your gown in its original condition. All gowns will have the original tags on. Our store cannot be liable for colour variations.
Blushing Bridal Boutique will not be held responsible if your gown does not fit you at the time of arrival. Please refer to our sizing guide on our website for sizing reference.
Alterations are extra. Alterations are not included in the price of our gowns. Your gown will require some alterations to be made once it arrives.

We offer free shipping to Canada and continental United States for all online purchases. All orders outside of continental United States and Canada and international are subject to shipping charges, please enquire further details.
Orders with multiple items will be shipped in one shipment or individually.
When the package leaves our shipping department, you will be emailed the carrier’s name, tracking number and the shipping date.
Your order should arrive approximately 5 to 10 days. Business days do not include Saturdays or Sundays or any Statutory Holidays. Please note shipping time is only an estimate and a signature is required upon delivery.
Upgrading the shipping service is available at an additional cost.
In order for us to ship the dress or other item, the address associated with your credit card must match the shipping address.
We do not ship to post office boxes.
For orders outside Canada, the purchaser will be responsible for any taxes, duties, tariffs, and/or brokerage fees. To find which of these if any may apply, please contact your local government.
The shipments returned to us for non-existent addresses, marked undeliverable by the shipping company or un-paid duty and tax assessed by your country’s customs & import office, or confiscated by your country’s customs and import office for lack of payment are not eligible for any refunds.
All our online items are final sale. No returns or exchanges
If you feel that more information is required prior making your purchase decision please contact us. We will gladly answer any questions related to the sizing, condition, colour shades or will be able to send you the real pictures of the requested item.
At Blushing Bridal Boutique, all dresses and accessories are brand new and are inspected carefully by our stuff before it is shipped out. Upon receiving the merchandise from the carrier, please note for any damages with the carrier at the time of delivery.
If you believe the merchandise is damaged/defective, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving you item to obtain a return authorization number. All returns must have our return authorization number and it must be received back to us within 7 days from when the authorization number was issued to you.
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition and its original packaging, unworn, unsoiled, unaltered, with all the tags and labels attached.
Upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise, if we find the merchandise to be damaged or defective, we will contact the manufacturer and repair or replace as deemed necessary by the manufacturer. Blushing Bridal Boutique will incur shipping charges on damaged Merchandise.
If we find the returned merchandise to be free of defects or have been misused, then we will ship the merchandise back to you. Blushing Bridal Boutique will not incur any shipping and insurance charges.
